All or Nothing Bagels isn’t just the best bagel shop in the UNIVERSE: it’s a HOLE THING.

100% woman owned and operated, we are one of only two bagel shops in the nation that is both sourdough AND wood-fired. Our crew is CONSTANTLY pushing to bring Nashville a transcendent experience in a world that too often features mediocrity, oppressive hierarchies, and (quite frankly) lackluster bagels.

Our bagels are wood-fired, naturally leavened, and made with just three perfect ingredients—no shortcuts, no compromises, no sugar. 

Bakeries exist to serve communities, and we are building our hearth with intention: affirming workspace, felon-friendly hiring, community resources (ask us!), and a zero-tolerance policy for buttheads.

Our Wood-Fired Bagels.

Our bagels start with just three simple, uncompromising ingredients: high-protein, cold stone-milled organic flour, barley malt syrup, and fine salt. Naturally fermented and wood-fired, each bagel is shaped by hand, long-fermented for depth of flavor, then baked in an open flame—one of only two shops in the U.S. doing it this way. No sugar, no shortcuts, just heat, time, and high-quality craft.

Our wood-fire process begets a crust that crackles with personality while the inside stays a delectably fluffy sourdough bagel that will not disappoint. The result? A bagel with a deep, crackly crust, a chewy, flavorful crumb, and the kind of texture that punches (hard and only when warranted).
